The Optimum Wellness Challenge is a practical workshop on what it takes to be in optimal health. It is based on thirty years of experience in diet, exercise and professional health care. It combines the wisdom and experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the best of modern research and it follows time tested and proven principles for living well.
The program is designed to run over seven nights, usually for one hour each, however the first night will be one and a half hours. It is an internet based program that can be accessed by computer, Android tablet/phone or iPad/iPhone. Some preliminary information will be sent to participants the week before the live sessions start to help prepare for the 6 weeks of the challenge. So please make sure you book at least one week before the start date.
The sessions are an interactive video conference (one of the reasons why places are limited). If you have a camera and microphone you can participate fully but you can still join us with just the basic PC. If you can watch a video on YouTube then you will be fine.
Each session will be on Monday nights at 7:30pm (unless there is a public holiday on the Monday, when it will be the following night). We will be recording the session so if you miss a night you will be able to replay the session to keep up.
